2010 Vail Real Estate Volume Stays on an Improved Course in April

April property sales in the Vail Valley show continued increased activity

Real estate sales volume in the Vail Valley continued it's correction in the month of April according to the recent statistics published by Land Title Guarantee Company.

Overall in Eagle County, sales volume increased 225% compared to last year's April 2009 keeping pace with the first quarter of 2010. More importantly, 27 sales totaling over fifty million were in ski in ski out locations showing a big resurgence in the high end arenas.
