Deer Valley Ski Resort Sees First New Development Real Estate Auction

Ski resort real estate auction in Park City, UT

Until now, most ski resort real estate auctions in Park City have been for existing homes, usually homes in foreclosure. However, on Sunday, January 17, that will change when Deer Valley ski resort sees a real estate auction of new homes.

These new homes will be at the Silver Strike Lodge, a ski-in/ski-out development. There are eight homes set for auction, starting at $1.15 million. Some will start as high as nearly $3.30 million. This is a new development for the Park City, UT ski resort, in a city where new real estate has not been auctioned before.
