Ski Resort Real Estate Statistics for the Western United States

Western Mountain Resort Alliance 2009 2nd Quarter Statistics

Right now, foreclosures are starting to move into high end homes. However, that hasn't provided a great deal of help in terms of ski resort real estate markets. Ski resort home sales are still moving slowly. But that doesn't mean that there is nothing going on. The second quarter of 2009 did see some ski resort home sales, as you can see if you open this document provided by the Western Mountain Resort Alliance.

In the end, some of the ski resort markets that did best include these:

Sun Valley, Idaho
Summit County, Colorado
Tahoe Sierra, California
