Ski resort communities seeing some foreclosures

One of the interesting things about ski resort real estate in this market is that foreclosures aren't especially rampant right now. In many cases, ski resort communities have been largely immune to the housing market crash. But that isn't to say that there aren't some foreclosures in ski resort communities.

Teton County, Idaho -- Near Grand Targhee Ski Resort

Right now, there are some ski resort foreclosures near Grand Targhee, in Teton County, Idaho. Some towns, like Driggs, are seeing a few foreclosures. While Teton County towns aren't exactly located in ski resorts like Grand Targhee, they are still close, and you can often find very good deals -- better deals than if you lived in the ski resort itself.
