Looking Ahead to Expansion at Grand Targhee Ski Resort

Grand Targhee plans expansion to its ski resort

It has been decades since Grand Targhee ski resort in Wyoming had any major expansion. Last year, though, Grand Targhee ski resort (located not too far from Jackson Hole in the Teton mountain range) received approval from the county planning board to engage in expansion. The new real estate development plans for Grand Targhee ski resort should be underway soon -- economy permitting.

Here are some of the things that the expansion at Grand Targhee ski resort is likely to include:

130 units for lodging.
106 town homes.
369 condos.
71 cabins.
50 single family home sites.

It should be interesting to see how Grand Targhee real estate develops from this point.
