Crested Butte Ski Resort Sold in Aquistion Purchase by CNL Lifestyle Properties, Inc

Arrangement to help with construction of the Red Lady Lodge

CNL Lifestyle Propertis, Inc. is adding Crested Butte ski resort to its list of holdings in a real estate investment trust (REIT). The move is expected to help Crested Butte, which is owned was owned by Triple Peaks LLC, get the capital it needs to build the Red Lady Lodge.

Triple Peaks will be leasing the properties from CNL as part of the arrangement. It will provide a needed infusion of cash for Crested Butte ski resort, as well as the other Triple Peaks resorts, Okemo in Vermont and Mount Sunapee in New Hampshire.
