Heavenly Ski Resort offers great snow and more

Home to the largest snow-making operation in the West, Heavenly ski resort offers some of the best skiing opportunities at Lake Tahoe (or anywhere else). Heavenly ski resort is expected to open on Thanksgiving Day, after snow in the forecast is expected to augment the diligent snowmaking efforts.

But, even if the slopes aren't open, there is still plenty to do at Heavenly ski resort. Nearby casinos offer great nightlife and the excitement of gaming. One of the newest is MontBleu. There are other music and entertainment options as well, adding to the nightlife.

Heavenly ski resort also offers a variety of opportunities for the kids. There is daycare, child ski development and a kid's ski school. There are also family activities, and kids eat free at Heavenly ski resort. It is clear that this is a ski resort that wants to be family friendly.
