Limelite Lodge and Snowflake Inn in Aspen Proposes a New Lodge

The Limelite Lodge is proposing a new 128 room lodge and 17 condominium rebuild

According to the Aspen Times, the fourth generation owners of the Limelite Lodge located at Copper and Monarch Streets in downtown Aspen has submitted a proposal to redevelop and rebuild a new lodge consisting of 128 lodge rooms and 17 free market condominiums.

The new building would replace both the Limelite Lodge and Snowflake Inn and would be four stories high with lodge rooms averaging five hundred square feet in size.
