Frisco Main Street to Get New Look

Mixed-use development could come to Frisco's Main Street

Mike Hilbert, a developer from the Denver area, is interested in giving Main Street in Frisco a facelift. The developer has not filed any plans with the town so far, but he has purchased some lots on Main Street and is considering what to do next.

Hilbert says that he is considering adding condos to the Main Street business property in keeping with the mixed-use development trend being seen in Frisco -- and in other ski resort towns across the country.
