See Beaver Creek Ski Resort Real Estate Market Statistics Here Beaver Creek is one of the youngest ski areas surveyed. The ski mountain sits in the shadow of it’s mammoth brother, Vail but has always been able to hold it’s own when it comes to challenging ski terrain. Beaver Creek Village is intimate and family oriented centered around an ice skating rink, shops and restaurants. There are two other base Village areas with more limited restaurant amenities; Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead. All of these locations are behind welcome gates. Because Beaver Creek and the other Villages had a later start and a planned community concept from the beginning, the real estate offerings here tend to be more consistently luxurious and of newer vintage. Real Estate activity for ski in ski out property is brisk and surpassing one thousand dollars per square foot. It is also worth noting that the new Gates on Beaver Creek, Beaver Creek Landing and The Westin all are now being completed at the base of Beaver Creek in Avon. There are now lifts being installed from the Town. These properties are selling at eight hundred to eleven hundred dollars per square foot. Prior to a ski lift, these property locations were selling for less than four hundred per square foot. | | |
