Breckenridge is by far the largest and most popular ski area in Summit County. The Town of Breckenridge sits close by the ski slopes so it allows for a strong mingling of restaurants, clubs, retail and of course, residential real estate. However, per this data, most properties in the town of Breckenridge are not classified as ski in locations; the majority of Breckenridge ski in ski out property offerings are older condominiums and town homes.

It is worth noting that recently two new preconstruction property offerings that are not as well documented here have set the bar for new luxury ski in property values. These are Blue Sky Breckenridge and Crystal Peak Lodge. Sales are being recorded in the eight hundred to one thousand dollar per square foot range.
