Keystone is home to three magnificent mountain playgrounds—Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and The Outback and has a variety of ski mountain terrain to choose from that encompasses over 3,000 acres. Colorado’s biggest night skiing operation is also here.

The majority of ski in ski out properties in Keystone are condominiums and townhomes, however, real estate offerings in the Keystone area are limited as well as the past history of sales data. There is a firm indication of increase in price and there are several sales in 2006 that surpass seven hundred dollars per square foot.
